Harry Winston opens salon in Singapore 

New York ‐‐ Harry Winston, the legendary diamond jeweler, opened its first retail salon in Singapore on July 18th, 2009. The Singapore location marks Harry Winston’s 19th global retail salon and is part of the company’s continued growth in Asia, with additional salons located in Hong Kong, Beijing and Taipei. Located in the prestigious Ion Orchard shopping center, the 1,500 square foot salon houses some of the most dazzling diamonds and rare gemstones available today. For nearly a century, Harry Winston’s exquisite diamond designs have inspired customers and jewelry connoisseurs. From international royalty to Hollywood elite to industry leaders, discerning clients have long recognized Harry Winston as the ultimate diamond jeweler and a true international luxury brand. From the legacy of the Hope Diamond to the sparkle of the red carpet, Harry Winston diamonds have become an icon of international glamour. The new Singapore salon reflects a modern variation on Winston’s traditional style, featuring a new layout to uniquely highlight Harry Winston’s enduring diamond jewelry collections, engagement rings and timepieces. A lacquer and bronze armoire‐style vitrine welcomes clients into the salon, showcasing exquisite statement jewelry and rare gems, including one‐of‐a‐kind pieces from The Incredibles, a travelling collection of rare gems and magnificent designs inspired by the Winston archives. In the new salon, Harry Winston pieces are presented at seated sales desks or in private viewing rooms to ensure a discreet, personalized, and truly luxurious shopping experience.
